Our municipal enforcement (zabıta) and health teams are continuing their inspections ahead of Eid al-Adha.
As part of the joint inspections by the Lefke Municipality Enforcement and Health Departments, hygiene standards at supermarkets in our district, staff health cards and product expiry dates are being checked.
Where out-of-date products are found at the premises inspected, they are confiscated and destroyed.
